| I believe the Island is unique and wish to develop it into a safe and peaceful environment for all who live here. I hope, through improving communication between directors and residents, to convince residents that they have an important part to play in helping shape the future of the Island. I am a great advocate of freedom of expression and consider this website an important tool to engender debate and highlight Islanders' concerns, as well as those of the local community. I am a resident of the Island and a former director of the Residents Association. I have been the Estate Manager for the Residents' Association (RA) and nine of the Block Management Companies (BMC) on the Island since August 2005. I was retained/recruited by Amber Management in September 2007 following the RA and BMC directors' unanimous decision to appointed them to manage the Island - with the remit to make the Island a flagship development of both Amber and, more importantly, Island residents. |
